One-on-One Lessons

Book private lessons with our experienced and knowledgeable staff. Our baseball coaches specialize in pitching, hitting, fielding, catching, and speed and agility training. Strike One coaches use an assortment of individualized drills and strategies to be able to convey a message of making adjustments. Terminology is paramount in helping an athlete be able to adjust and overcome whether that is making mechanical or mental adjustments. Baseball/Softball is a game of Failure, so an athlete must adjust to not fail. Therefore, Baseball/Softball is a game of adjustments. We here at Strike One Academy enthusiastically want to help your Son/Daughter be able to make those adjustments in the game!
